Service was great. Sales failed them and lost the opportunity to keep a repeat customer. When the time came for us to trade in our car they played games instead of being upfront. We bought elsewhere. Then the sales department called the next day to make the offer. It was a day too late. Dont play games with customers and you'll have repeat sales. Your loss.
