The customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, what I was told my car required to fix I would have to find the parts on my own as they were discontinued. I had a problem with my convertible top in my 2007 c70. It had failed and won't move and I wanted to know why. Part of the estimate was that a rear quarter window was missing. You couldn't get the part, so I'd have to find it in a junkyard or something. I found a window and ordered it. The appointment was for 8 40, they took my car back on time and gave me an estimate which was about 5 minutes from the actual time that the car was ready. Great service.
