Service advisors are great, workmanship is well executed. The only 2 negatives are the conditions of the actual dealership. Waiting area is less that acceptable. The other issue is the amount of calls and texts after the service. If I have an issue I able completely capable of calling. I do not need multiple calls asking how my service experience went.

I drive 2-hours from Orlando, to get my car serviced at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Why? Trust. Reliability. Transparency. Customer-service. My entire experience is so much better at Ferman.... I cannot bear to go anywhere else.

I bough this unit sight unseen Josh was great and unit was delivered to my house on time to surprise my wife for our 40th anniversary. Cant say enough how great this purchase was it was everything i was told. 1st contact Friday at 11.49am and unit was delivered at 4.45 the following day absolutely no hassle. Would definitely deal with Josh again.
