We were on our way home when our air conditioning went out. It was almost 5 pm we were near Ferman Volvo. We stopped by to see if any one could look at our air conditioner. Matt the service manager came out and looked at it since the mechanics were gone. Felt the compressor was bad the temperature was over ninety degrees. We had another hour get home . He got us a loaner so we could get home in comfort. They worked on our car the next day ordered the parts and had it fixed it the next day. I call that great service.

They were helpful in checking oil levels and confirming the leak repair has been fixed, and provided a minor repair free of charge (car charger was no longer working, fixed the fuse).
