"Comfort and customer service " This is my second vehicle purchase from Ferman Volvo. I came back to this location because of the level of knowledge and comfort I felt the first time. I got hooked up with Alan and spent the next few hours chatting about the new S60, and the guy knew what he was talking about. "Great experience buying my first XC90 at Ferman" This is my first Volvo purchase, and Ferman was the third dealership I visited, and they set themselves apart from the others. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in, and I was able to get just that at a price that was reasonable. Steve was extremely helpful in helping me find what I wanted without being pushy. When I picked up my car, he did an excellent job explaining all the features of the vehicle. I would highly recomend Ferman Volvo.

"New XC40" Courteous, knowledgeable , easy to deal with. My wife and I have owned 5 Volvos (all XC90) purchased from 5 different dealers in three different states. This was our first time at Ferman Volvo, and we were very pleased with the results. We down sized from our XC90 to a 2020 XC40 and are very pleased.
