"Seamless Service " Matt at Ferman Volvo was very thorough and helpful. I had a beautiful loaner car for several days and had repeat followup phone calls letting me know where we were in the service que once the parts came in. I had family visiting and adding this service event to the mix was stressful for me... but they told me to relax, enjoy my loaner car, and they even delivered my car all the way to my home in Spring Hill so I didn't have to drive back to Tarpon Springs. Thank you!

"I had an efficient and pleasant experience." This is a friendly dealership. You feel very welcome when you enter. They are very acvomodating and patient. You will eventually feel like they are old friends. They will try their best to address your concerns so that your experience runs smoothly.

"Fantastic team at Ferman!" I had a fantastic experience buying my VW Tiguan at Ferman Volvo! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! The team worked with us to get me the vehicle I wanted and they were so pleasant to work with! No hard sales pressure either! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

"Brake issues early in lease" Brakes were shaky 6,000 miles into the lease. New pads and rotors with no questions asked. Car drives like new! Thank you so much

"The best car buying experience, hands down" From the moment we walked on the lot, I felt very comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase or feel like I was being "upsold" on anything. "Great Experience" Michael Kashtan was great with helping us to understand what Volvo had to offer in the way of models of the XC90 and available options. He was never pushy and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. My wife and I had looked at quite a few vehicles beforehand at different dealers and weren't sure about Volvo, but once we had a chance to explore the XC90, we both knew it was the one for us.

"The Best Service" Came in with out an appointment. Replaced a tire. And checked car over. Great service was in and out in one hour. They even gave coffe and donuts.
