Service is great, but the price of the oil change went up significantly in one year. I am probably not your standard Volvo owner, so it may not have much of an impact on most of your customers. But, it is very disappointing as I cannot shop around as only Volvo can perform an oil change on a Volvo.

Easiest and most comfortable used car Purchase that I have ever made...including a few Private Owner transactions...and the Facility is top notch...great coffee also...after Delivery of the vehicle to Me a coupla small issues occurred and Fermin was quick to get them straightened out...Service was clean and smooth thanks to Sharon's help also...would deal with again...thanks -john francis
