They take care of my car the way it should be done. The staff have always been very good to me and my husband. I’ve had Ferman Volvo take care of my XC40 since I bought it in 2021 and have always had a pleasant experience.

The service center failed to text us when the car was ready. When I called the service center was about to close so instead of picking up the car late we decided to get the car the next morning. The service manager apologized and I decided to have some extra brake work done. I asked if there were any coupons for discounts and they said no. However two days later I received a 10% off coupon via email! I would like that discount to be applied retroactively for our inconvenience.
