The Volvo dealership made buying a car a relaxed enjoyable experience. They were so friendly and were not pushy. I got a great deal and love the car. The only negative I have is that it is having some computer issues only 4 days after buying it, but the service department was wonderful with getting me scheduled to pick up my car to further assess it.

I have had nothing, but the best service here at Ferman Volvo from my car buying experience to having my vehicle serviced. The finance department worked hard for me to get me into my vehicle, and the service department always tries to save me cash where they can. I will never buy or service my vehicle anywhere else. Every employee is just as kind as can be, and they work hard for the customer.
