Josh was fantastic to work with and made the car buying process a breeze. He text very shortly after my online inquiry into a car- was available to show it as soon as I was ready- incredibly informative throughout the tour- and actually listened. He spoke equally to my husband and I (not always the norm in a car buying experience) and worked around our time restraints. No gimmicks or pressure here just an honest and dependable car buying experience.

This dealership was like many others, nothing special about it. There was a lot of slick talking, reworking and movement with price, interest rate, and trade in. Several people involved in the process. Chris, Sales Manager was over confident and arrogant. In other words, there was nothing outstanding about this dealership. I really can’t recommend my friends and family to go to Ferman Volvo.
