This dealership went out of their way, literally, to accommodate my need for concierge pickup service. They did a great job installing the computer updates to my 2023 vehicle. I have had Volvos all my life and have dealt with Volvo Dealerships for each car. They have always been great but Ferman beats them all by far!

Matt, Sharon and Mike (I’ve only dealt with Mike once)in the service department are exceptional They’re the reason I go out of my way to bring my Volvo there. My experience with Volvo TS in Service is ALWAYS one like no other. Truly exceptional all the way around.This time around I had a pretty big problem with my car. As a single mom these expenses can be scary, but with Matt , Sharon (who makes me feel like family) and everyone in service, I know there’s honesty. I walked out knowing my car was taken care of and that I was valued. I bought 2 cars from Volvo TS and I honestly will never go elsewhere. I love these people. Thank you!!!!
