Aaron our service tech was excellent!! Prompt, professional and overall excellent service from him!! Nobody wants an HVAC issue at 5:15 on Friday with temperatures forecast for the 90’s but Aaron and General took care of us and all was COOL!!!
Absolutely happy. Always terrific service, and reasonable prices. The maintenance plan pays for itself with the tuneups that are included, and the discounts you get. I needed a capacitor replaced urgently when my a/c went out on a 100-degree day. They were able to fit me in quickly. Having the service plan saved me over $40 on that repair. And gives a faster scheduling time when you have the plan. I love that with getting everything tuned up twice a year, I’m ready to go for each season.
It was the first time doing business with this company and it was a great experience. Victor was the tech handling my service call and he was very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and seemed to care about doing a great job. I will be using General for my future AC needs in the future.
