Absolutely happy. Always terrific service, and reasonable prices. The maintenance plan pays for itself with the tuneups that are included, and the discounts you get. I needed a capacitor replaced urgently when my a/c went out on a 100-degree day. They were able to fit me in quickly. Having the service plan saved me over $40 on that repair. And gives a faster scheduling time when you have the plan. I love that with getting everything tuned up twice a year, I’m ready to go for each season.

Jacob and Lucas did a great job installing a new unit. They were professional, courteous, thorough, and explained each step along the way of the process. They worked hard, had quality in mind, and cleaned up their workspace, leaving no trace they were here. Nothing is cheap anymore in this business but in hearing many people in the know, you cannot leave this work up to just anyone. The tech Victor Ramirez was absolutely awesome! Explained everything to me & fixed my AC! He also answered all my question no matter how dumb they may have been! Adam B. was friendly and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my system and took the time to explain what needed to be done and was very patient with my questions. The repair was done efficiently and I’m very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Adam and General Air. Exceptional service and professionalism from start to finish!
