World Class Quality I want to commend your Company for your prompt and efficient service to rectify an insulation problem that was done in April or May of '06. Your serviceman Will, on my biannual service inspection, noted that my ductwork insulation was coming loose in several locations. You promptly set up a service call and today your service team of Chris and Ken did a great job in replacing and/or retaping my crawl space ductwork.
