World Class Quality I want to commend your Company for your prompt and efficient service to rectify an insulation problem that was done in April or May of '06. Your serviceman Will, on my biannual service inspection, noted that my ductwork insulation was coming loose in several locations. You promptly set up a service call and today your service team of Chris and Ken did a great job in replacing and/or retaping my crawl space ductwork. Didnt show up for AC install was my first clue. Now that we need our new furnace its not working for the third time. We have had two people come to fix it and they cant seem to get it right. Manager never returned my calls. You guys are a SHAM of a company. I will tell everyone I know about my awful service, experience, and I am considering calling my lawyer and telling him too!!

Horrible customer service!!! I have had a problem with my system since the day it was installed. I was assured my problem was top priority and they would get back to me in a few days. Its been 4 weeks tomorrow and NOTHING!!!!!!
