I used Waterworks for the first time to get some faucets worked and water heater repaired. The Technician Ryan (Tech ID - ****) was very professional, friendly and talented. He made the experience very comfortable.

Water Works came to the rescue when our water heater went bad. The customer service people on the phone were great. The technician they sent to do the work, Brando, was fantastic. He was polite and very professional. He did all the work so precisely. We will call Water Works again if needed.

Excellent service. The Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and presented the price to have it fixed. I agreed and he began the work. It took longer than he had thought but my price did not change. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely us The Waterworks again.

Technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it at the same appointment. The company doesn’t try to sell services or products you don’t need. They are honest, fast and friendly. The Customer Service person responded to my inquiry request promptly and she scheduled a technician for me that very same day. So impressed with this company.
