RecommendedI own a BMW x3 and had been struggling with connecting my phone to the media system. The adapter I had did not connect to my phone if I had a case on it. I was told Kenny the Genius might be able to help me. Kenny Russell was not only helpful, he was super polite. He gave me a piece of hardware that solved my problem once and for all!
