"Overheated engine after service" I went to this dealer to get my oil change and to check an engine light that was on. They plugged it into their computer and found out it was the thermostat. They asked me if I wanted the coolant to be flushed. I don't know anything about this, so I said no thanks, I think this was done recently by my mechanic. "Disappointed with GM" I've been a big fan of Troy for many years. He worked with me on the Jeep side, and when he moved to GMC, I bought a new GMC Yukon Denali. This was a little over a year ago, but within just a month of buying it I scheduled service, b/c the ride was very rough. The service department rebalanced the tires, but this did not help at all. "Not the Best Visit this Time" I have loved this dealership since we bought our Enclave in 2014, but last week was a disappointment. No greeting when I arrived, dismissed my attempts to explain problems with car, sent me to waiting room where water was shut off (so no drink machines or water fountains), yelled my name when car ready (didn't come to waiting room and politely tell me they were ready to finalize my visit), Mike stayed on phone while I waited to check out, didn't vacuum floors or provide a complete courtesy wash... read more

"Damaged truck" You guys could not fix my new trucks paint and gave me back a damaged truck.after 4 times you should be ashamed for such a big dealership

"most horrible experience ever " The most horrible experience i have ever had at a dealership , I bought a 2016 gmc sierra 2500 hd denali at the beginning of july this year and i still haven’t received anything for getting my registration or title for my truck it’s now SEPTEMBER , and i can’t get ahold of anyone from the “title department” nobody returns phone calls or answers their phones. on top of that , these guys sold me this truck with a lower model wheels on it and the tires were unbalanced and i had to bring it back ... read more

"Not happy" Purchased a GMC Sierra on June 9th. Here are the issues I had with this dealership: first, low balling on my trade in to the tune of over 3500 dollars and then giving me what I wanted after walking out twice at 7k. "Waste of time." Second time I take it to the service department and they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Their excuse is that they need more time. Yeah so does everybody else in this world. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and apparently oil changes are more important than a transmission problem.

"Still don’t have the car yet" I can’t give any word on how the car looks yet, since it’s been rescheduled 4 times. Because of this, my review is based only on timeliness, and not on the quality of the service yet. My car was supposed to be done on the 3rd, then it got moved back to the 8th, then the 11th, then the 14th, and now the 15th. "Collision repair" Never got update calls unless I initiated them. Had my car for nearly 3 weeks costing me $300.00 in car rental above what Allstate paid. Had to bring car back for inadequate repair only to be accused through insinuation that damage occurred after I picked up the car. One of my backup sensors is recessed and constantly beeping while in reverse. This is on the bumper you removed and replaced. A call from a supervisor would be appreciated.
