"Awesome" Johnathan was awesome he listened and did a great job! I will recommend him . Was upset that another sales rep was trying to take credit away from him and actually did nothing. I told him not to call me anymore he also acted like he was johnathans manager when calling me. His name was Rick and should be reprimanded for his tactics. If not for johnathans customer service I would not had purchased a vehicle at Ferman.
"Horrible experience" I saw an add for a deep sky blue metalic Buick Cascada for $32,160 and made an appointment. When I spoke to the sales representative I asked if it was a demo model as it had 59 or 57 miles on it - reply was yes. Made and appoint ment for 2:00 on Sunday. Was a bit late because we got lost, but called to let them know. "Ferman Lost Another 880+ Credit Sale" Tony was working with me on a 2016 Buick Encore. Military month, 7 time previous Ferman customer elsewhere, 880+ Credit Score, once again a Ferman Dealership wanted to make too much money on the deal. 4 other Buick dealerships in the area beat their price easily, not even close. "transmission flush" I will never recommend Ferman dealerships ever again. Ferman dealership did transmission fluid flush on vehicle, instead they should have done a filter and fluid change. I have 113000 miles on my car, and my car's transmission could not handle a flush and they should have known this. But why would anybody want a flush instead a filter and fluid change is beyond me; especially when a filter change forces the tech to visually inspect the transmission and transmission pan. "I leased a 2016 Terrain" I started out with an on-line inquiry about the Terrain and after talking to Rick at the dealership I went in and worked out a deal for the 2016 Terrain.
"This place does not care about their customers I wouldn't re" This place does not care about their customers I wouldn't recommend. I drove a long distance to look at a car there but due to kids/obligations couldn't get the paperwork filled out. They refused to do anything to hold the car until we could get paperwork signed. Not even a deposit. They said I had to buy it right there with no test drive and without my wife looking at it. The car has now sold. All they care about is the money, so be aware.

We had shared with you that we had another appointment on that same car that day only 2 hours later. My staff offered to take the car to show your wife, we also offered to allow you to make a commitment and have your wife come sign later and if she did not want it that we would back it out. "Greed factor at Ferman" Went looking for a Sierra as part of the %20 factory rebate promotion ("Summer Selldown"). Salesman Danny was pleasant and communicated with me mainly via text to confirm stock, etc. Sales managers undervalued my trade significantly. Dick Norris, Ed Morse, and Eagle GMC had all offered me in the neighborhood of 21,500-22,500 for my trade - which is a bit low considering cars with more miles and not as pristine condition are listed at dealerships currently for 28-29k.
