"Svc dept is either unwilling or unable to repair vehicle" Service department is the worst. Don't expect to get anything fixed. The standard answer for everything is: "Vehicle operating to manufacturers intended specification". I don't believe that GM's intent was a poorly operating vehicle. Don't take your business or warranty issues here. You will be sorry!
"You're nothing but a number " We were really disappointed in our overall experience. Our salesman was great to work with, but they made an honest mistake which we were willing to help correct, but they acted like it was a matter of life and death. Very dramatic folks. We really expected better customer service.
"Manager was very rude." The salesman seemed very confused- had difficulty locating the car we wanted and with the computer. The manager was rude and aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable with this person that we walked out. Fortunately we drove directly to another dealership in town and were able to purchase the exact same car for $400 less.
"NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM HERE. " We went here to purchase a car, we informed them we are pre-approved through our credit union 100% so it is or should be a No Brainer then, WELL, lol,,not even that is easy anymore when your dealing with a finance guy that has greed on the brain and puts that before a customer, a sale and even one of his salesman. "Very bad experience" I purchased 2011 Mazda 3 for my daughter through David Scheffler on 11/28/14. I explained to Mr Scheffler that she had been through a nasty divorce & had a son in Afghanistan so I needed a a total hassle free experience. The week before I called & asked Mr Scheffler to PLEASE double check car to make sure everything was in proper order & topped off with gas as I was coming from Venice which is 1 1/2 drive.
