I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle I liked at 6pm. I texted with someone at the dealership all day discussing the details of the appointment. I texted the associate I had been talking with all day at around 5 pm saying I would be there a little early, they said cool we will have everything ready. I drive one hour to the dealership and when I walk through the front doors I am told the vehicle isn’t ready and I drove out to the dealership for nothing. A few months ago I stopped in to schedule transmission work and they said they only had one guy so it would be about 2 months before they could get to it. I went somewhere else. Then the other day we made an appointment for an oil change and when we got there they said we didn’t have an appointment. We called and they found the paper trail but still couldn’t squeeze us in. I bought a truck and the bad experience was present. The seller named Jesús in the sales process was very active and enthusiastic. promising anything to achieve it. They sold me the truck without accessories to change tires and the response tire system was broken. Once I left the dealer it became a struggle to resolve those problems. I do not recommend this dealership to buy a car. greetings
