This dealership is trash. They swindled me into a 2k part I didn’t need and the next day my truck stalls out while on the highway. Now they say it had electrical problems and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. #criminal

My husband called Ferman NDM to get a price on brakes and shocks for his Silverado 4x4...twice in the last few days. He was told by 2 different people someone would call him back. No one did. The truck is now at Jim Browne for brakes and shocks.

Teach Todd in servicing how to listen to his customers before assuming the issue, then teach him how to deliver a message appropriately. He is the reason why I am going to a different dealership to start my whole warranty process over. The “I know more than you” tone is 100% not needed. However Josh (the technician) he is the only reason why I MIGHT consider coming back. He is a fantastic employee and knows how to talk to people. Todd can go and pay Josh his salary!
