Sold 26k vehicle with transmission issues and refuse to return calls or email, had less than 3 weeks and not even made first payment, I’ll get auto response to call GM and we left 2 voicemails with no reply. Be careful very careful

Dealerships moral code: ZERO!! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and only 2 1/2 weeks later to find out it is a total disaster. It had been wrecked but sold as a “no accident” vehicle. They are hiding behind their CARFAX report. Yet my repair person, just looked at the car, and knew it was in a accident. The damage is extensive and very noticeable once you are under the car. Service reps is extremely rude and are not able to find a solution to your car problems. When you ask to speak with the supervisor named John he’s no help either and he completely clueless on what to do. It’s very disappointing that these people treat their customers with disrespect especially a Veteran. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends and to Veterans. Check engine light came on this morning and within 30 minutes I got an email notification informing me that an “issue with the Engine and Transmission System in your Chevrolet Colorado has been detected. Please service your vehicle within 1-day”. I call Ferman Chevrolet- North Dale Mabry and they told me that they have a 2-week backlog. That is totally unacceptable for an auto service business.

I've taken my brand new 2021 Silverado into this dealership 5+ times for the same issues with the brakes, and they have not fixed it. They have not even offered any potential solution. They've just thrown their hands up and said, "sorry, guess it cant be fixed". That is 100% BS! They claim that they have replaced my brake pads, but that only made the problem worse. There service department is horrible. They have had our truck since the beginning of February for it going into limp mode, check engine light on and traction control light on. First we were told a fuel pump, got it back and all lights were still on, sent it back for them to say it was a computer issue. Replaced that. Mind you we had to come out our pocket for a rental (factory covers rental but they said they had nun) with no reimbursement.
