I was running 30 behind and called the service center they were so accommodating!! I just moved to the area and don’t want to say any bad about the old dealership I always used but Ferman Chevy has taken service to a new level!! Incredibly knowledgeable staff with a fantastic waiting area. And to top it off they are significantly more affordable. Customer for life here!!

My battery died. I went to Ferman Chevy for my second time to get new battery. I did not have an appointment because it was an emergency. They took me in and put new battery in so I could get to work. Very nice
