Had trouble over the weekend with a cylinder miss. No appointments available until Wednesday but showed up Monday morning to try and get it looked at. Had another dealership look at the problem while we were traveling but they could not fix the issue. They told me they’d have to dig deeper into the engine to fix the problem. As we were on the road and 1000 miles from our destination we couldn’t let them start taking the engine apart. Dropped off our van off for maintenance and a door repair. Tony did a great job of keeping us informed. They needed a part to repair the door and was able to get it in and the car was repaired in a couple of days. . I like this dealership, because they are professional, nice and friendly. Plus it is always clean inside and out.

Relationship manager Vargas was extremely attentive and sensitive to my needs. Sales Manager Chance worked an amazing deal to get me into a Silverado. Couldn’t be happier with any other dealer. Chance earned my trust with the transparency of the deal. You can trust this dealer/management!
