Your service manager Tom has taken care of me in the past with my Chevy truck always fair and honest and my mother had a problem with her Mercury Milan I'm told her I trusted Tom because of our past experiences and I told my mom we're gonna bring your car in to the Ferman Chevy dealership and Tom will take care of us .
