Great place to buy a vehicle We purchased a 2019 Traverse, Mark was our salesman. It was a smooth purchase. He didn’t pressure us at all. Mark spent time with us to explain all of the features on our new SUV. He has called us a couple of times to check in and make sure we are happy and he is ready to answer any questions we may have. We would definitely recommend this dealer and Mark.

Great people to work with Although they couldn't find out what the problem was, they were very helpful and professional. They had my truck for two weeks and tried everything to get to the bottom of the problem but without success.

Excellent Fine except car pulls hard to the right. Everything else seems to be taken care of. There is no more knocking in the front suspension which has been great!!

Value their advice I have used the Ferman service department almost exclusively since purchasing my Tahoe. I value their advice and know they are looking out for the best interest of the customer and not try to sell you parts or service that you don't need. They explain the need for the service and give you an estimate on all work that needs to be performed,
