Oil change/tire rotation Oil change went good, rotated tires had to patch one not sure if we had tire warranty. Asked about cabin filter I said no. Got down the road I had to have a little clicking noise out of glove box which I’m sure is due to them Checking the cabin filter.

Great service great staff I previously had called another Chevrolet dealership but management told me my Tahoe was too old for that service shop. (Maher) I think that’s how it’s spelled.

Vip service in every phase Absolutely a fantastic experience. Everyone was very professional and helpful . Could not ask for anything more . Definitely going to go back to Ferman Chevy Tarpon Springs to purchase another vehicle when the time comes .

Somewhat Pleased Joe Lord in sales was nice to work with although it took a lot of bartering to finalize the deal on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. 6 hours in sales is way too long of time to spend trying to purchase a vehicle. it all turned out ok in the end but went home with a head ache! Service was a little disappointing though. Part of the deal was that the dealership install side steps and vent shades on the windows. Very pleased Bogie was very nice and informative. Answered all of our questions and explained very expertly about leasing a car. Showed us a number of cars and let us drive them. Explains many features and the differences between the cars. Joe helped us out a lot when we returned with check and Bogi was with another customer. Joe came out to our new car with us and explained all the new features. Also very nice and informative.

Used car purchase Kyle did a great job of explaining the the features of the Buick encore to us . Made us feel at home and dealt fairly with us . I would tell other to look him up if they chose to do business with Ferman .

Awesome As always everyone was professional courteous and helpful. It’s always a pleasure doing business with ferman Chevy. Vehicles are great, salesman Hicks is a pleasure to work with and set up all vehicle functions for me. Can’t say enough good about his performance.
