Fantastic Experience I decided I wanted to do all of my car shopping online and via email. Phil was quick to respond to all inquiries and accommodating to my shopping style. Oil change with no appointment My college son had come home and we were cleaning his car when I noticed he was over due for an oil change. After we were done I took his car to Ferman Chevy where I met Tony. I asked him if I could get and oil change with out an appoint. He went into the service garage to see how many were ahead of me. he came back with a time to complete the service and I was ok with waiting. They changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires and check everything so I was sure my son's car was safe to go back... read more

Professional and Fast!!! Got in at 3 PM and was out of the lot by 5 PM. I did my research online, so I just went in for a test drive. Told them the payment I want it and the money down I was willing to give. They make it happend in a flash. Very happy with this guys. Friendly and professional.
