Great Service! I arrived for my service and I greeted by Shannon who was friendly and curtious. I was alearted if a recall on my vehicle, which I was not aware of, Tom told me it would only add about 30 minuets to my service and they could take care if it while I was there. Tom told me with this added service of the recall I should still be out within 2 hours, I was only there for about a hour and a half so I was happy with that. First New Car in 16 years I made 2 visits to Ferman Chevrolet. On the first visit, I got there about 1/2 hour before closing. Even so, I was met by a sales rep, Mr. Bogi Enkh, who listened to my needs in a vehicle and showed me a car he felt would be right for me. Now, understand that this was the fourth dealership I had visited that day, so at this point I'm getting a bit tired. Purchase Jim was great, very kind and patient through our buying process. I knew exactly what I wanted and he worked with us for a fair price. Finance person was thorough. Had to deal with service on some minor scratches on the car, service did a great job! Jim A gave us a complimentary touch up paint for my car, thanks Jim, very nice!
