Top notch I had a great experience when I purchased my Ford Explorer! Jeff was able to make sure we were right on target for our price point. Check Air conditioning Service managers were great but the issue I made an appointment for was not fixed/corrected. In addition, one of the services I wanted done was not completed (Tire Rotation) managers said it wasn't on the work order? I have a copy of the work order...emailed to me as a confirmation of my services day before my appointment? I waited for 2 hours for them just to top off my coolant...bit too long for really nothing being completed? Overall I wasn't satisfied since I sat there for 2 hours
