Ferman fixed my Escalade a/c for a fair price Easily booked my appointment by phone dropped the car off and took advantage of the courtesy car to go to work. Received a call from Tom in service later that afternoon giving me the price and detail of the repairs. When I picked up the car it was freshly washed and vacuumed a nice surprise. I thoroughly recommend this dealership as they are friendly, ease to work with and fair.
