Overall awesome experience. I live out of state and found a suburban online and got in touch with the dealership and Phillip Marchitelli helped me get into the car with no issues. When we went to set up delivery and shipping the company that was going to ship the car had a scheduling conflict and couldn't meet the time frame. Phillip knew we needed it and made it happen. Amazingly fantastic Called and made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation with Kevin Smith in the parts department. I got the day. and time I requested. Mr. Smith was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tom M in service took the car and got it back to me very quickly. This is the only dealership I keep coming back to for purchasing new cars and service.
