Buying my 2015 Ran This dealer had the best selection of Ram 1500’s with the options I required. I have to scratch my head to understand why so few dealers equip pickups without towing packages. Almost all at Ferman had this option. Their prices were good and my salesman worked well with me.

Prompt Service The website was easy to navigate in order to schedule an appointment. Promptly met by service representative upon arrival. Inoperative cruise control diagnosed and repaired in under two hours.

Honest straightforward I have been shopping for a year for this truck and could find the right dealer, truck and most importantly a salesperson who worked with me on what I wanted, not what they needed to sell. They came through all they way from the truck, salesperson and even service. They put a hitch on for me that day. It cost the same as after market guys FYI.

Extraordinary Experience. First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safety issue so you don't want to wait. Although they did not have the parts in stock she ordered them on the phone while we were talking, told me when they would arrive, scheduled my appointment for just a couple of days later, and E-mailed me every step of the way to inform me this part is in, that part is in, your appointment is on time as scheduled.
