2015 Ram 1500 - NPR Ferman Chrysler Excellent service. Stever Brawer has been my service representative for the last three years. I take my Challenger and Ram 1500 to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Great organization. Spotted a 2016 Kia Sedona on Ferman's website and decided to drive an hour and one half to check it out. Tarek Kassem met us at the door and had the Sedona right up front ready to go for a test drive. We did not intend to buy at that point, but pretty quickly realized Tarek and Ferman had a good deal for us. We traded our Honda Pilot, transferred all of our Giant Schnauzer crates and accessories into the beautiful Sedona and were on our way. Leased Jeep Joseph Vega was amazing to work with. From the first phone call prior to buying to today, Joseph has been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed working with him. He is very customer oriented and knew my time was valuable and made every effort to get me out within the 2 hour time period I gave him.
