Warranty work I have always been treated Fair and service was completed promptly on projected time. First class Jeep Wrangler dealership. I purchased my Rubicon Wrangler new out of state and never had any issues with service warranty.

So so services Disappointed that promised recall repair was not completed as promised. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance so parts would be ready, no indication that required part was not available until after car was dropped off and several hours after that, Part was deliver next day. Took 30 minutes to actually pick up car when car was available for pick up the following day. Reason why I deducted 2 points from rating
