Great Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey staff was friendly and worked past closing to get everything done on my purchase. They worked fast and got me the Jeep I was looking for. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

It’s a Jeep Thing Great customer service from start to finish. Starting with the on line contact process, to meeting with Genaro for a test drive, to him actually tracking down the Jeep we wanted....couldn’t be happier. Genaro was a pleasure to deal with. The purchase process was low pressure, up front and honest. That goes for our financing process with Eric, as well.

Extremely knowledgeable & helpful Rachel was extremely welcoming, pleasant, & interested in what I wanted. She is very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted, & helped with everything from start (car choice) to finish ( me driving my car off the showroom floor) Eric in financing did a great job helping me keep my financial commitment in my comfort range. I went to Ferman to look for my new car because they had been satisfactorily servicing my Dodge Journey since I lived here (4 yrs).

Amazing 1st. Class service! The process was easy and very clear. I had no worries about what the next step was going to be. The pricing was beyond fair and Matt really understood what I wanted and how I wanted to be treated. I felt like I was talking about buying a car from a friend or family member. I'm proud to be a part if the Ferman family and will reccomend Ferman and Matt to anyone who is looking for a car! Don't waste your time, energy, and money with anyone else, go see Matt to be treated like family!

Dead Battery Hurricane weekend dead battery, took to local battery center, kept telling me it wasn’t battery. Got to dealership at first opening my car was back on the road immediately. Yes it was a dead battery!! Always go to the professionals.
