I was comfortable with sales. Joseph Vega was great, I would recommend him to anyone for his honesty, patience and car knowledge. He was the reason I drove an hour to get my Jeep. I actually wanted to bring my sister because she is looking for a Jeep until I went through the finance part. It felt too quick, it made me uneasy. I almost backed out. They didn't play games . They helped me find what I wanted then worked with me to get to a price I could afford. Very nice, no pressure sales. It was actually a rather quick process. I've been buying vehicles for 40 years and they met and exceeded my expectations. I was referred to them by a friend and I would refer them myself. Ask to hit the gong after you buy. Sounds cool but loud.

easy to buy a jeep wrangler sahara at a good price I shopped around already, knew what I wanted, had a price in mind. I've bought from these guys before in 2013. Very honest group of folks.

Fantastic Service Department I highly recommend Ferman Dodge of New Port Richey. They take the time to explain to you what needs to be done on your vehicle and keep in touch with you thru the process. I have been to others in the past and this service department is by far the best. Jason is wonderful and so are the other service writers. Overall good . So my only complaint would be brake rotors only being cover 12,000 miles . If they warp there cheap in my opinion. Has nothing to do with your dealership. That comes from Dodge Ram Company. Ok I'm done.

Joseph was awesome Just wanted to give a shout out to Joseph who was great through the entire process. The dealership was professional from start to finish.
