Great Service from a Great Team ! I had brought my Pacifica in to the dealer because of some paint defect. I met a girl there named Dyna who said she was the Warranty Clerk. She told me about a bulletin that Chrysler was aware of my concern and that it would be taken care of under warranty. She took all my information and said she would call when a loaner would become available. Excellent Service Had noise in my A/C system, turns out, the condenser had a leak. My service advisor, Jamie, ordered the parts and scheduled the repair for following day. Repair was done, and, my A/C unit is performing perfectly. I have the Mopar Lifetime Warranty and only paid my deductible. Great warranty!
