Used car buy Had a great visit, great sales person, great finance personnel 😁 Have two problems, no second key fob, hood has water scale marks (should have been buffed out) please advise?

Wonderful Customer service Jonathan was our sales person and he went above and beyond to make us happy , he even packed our new van with our stuff from the other van ! Scott was our finance guy and he broke everything down so we knew what was going on and he ever found us a better rate ! Thank You Jonathan and Scott for a wonderful experience ! Best experience! My experience at Ferman purchasing a vehicle definitely succeeded my expectations! Service started exceptional and ended on a whimper Started out fine. Dana is fantastic btw. Getting my truck back was a let down in service that has gone down in perception since picking it up. 1) i got there as everyone wanted to go to lunch and was rushed through to sign the papers without going over the work performed. 2) Since leaving Ive observed my steering is now off. Difficult to prove but I noticed immediately. However it was a very windy day and I gave it a couple days for better conditions. Still has not improved ... read more

A very good experience A year ago I started to shop for s new car but my experience at another dealer was so bad that it turned me off the idea of dealing with any dealers. Luckily the next one I tried was a Ferman and they were great: very friendly, upfront and honest and no pressure. Very happy with my buying experience.
