Great Service Team My experience at the service department was excellent. Minor issues with car. All resolved. In and out quickly. Very happy with my service adviser. Only concern with vehicle that I thought might be resolved is my car has destroyed the first set of tires at 30,000 miles. I was told all cars and makes go through the first set of tires in 30,000 miles. I thought that this might be a warranty issue but was told it is not.

2010 Kia Soul My parents both bought cars from Adam before so when I got into an accident and needed a car fast we went to Ferman. I was very hesitant on a Kia Soul but Adam showed it to us and let us take it on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions I had. After I bought it he even hooked my phone up to the Bluetooth to show me how to do it in the future.
