Wait time I made a 11:30am appointment. I arrived at 11:15am. My truck was brought into service area immediately. I didn’t get my truck back until 1:45pm. I feel this is way too long to wait for an oil change.

Charger headlight replaced Service dept did a great job replacing my headlight. The only issue was they told me it would take about one hour and it took a bit over 3 hours. I had other things to accomplish that day and had to reschedule because of miscommunication about service time.

Best car buying experience yet! I walked in the door and spoke to Tarek, I told him i didnt have much time but i really wanted the 2015 Dodge Ram...1 hour later i was walking out with the keys to my new truck!! Tarek was amazing and very helpful and made a what i thought to be a scary process so easy that im honeslty still in shock the next day! Do not hesitate to go to Ferman and especially dont hesistate to speak to Tarek!
