No hassle transparent process Just purchased a 2019 Pacifica. Very pleased with the car buying experience. Tarek was very informative and helped make clear all the perspectives possible. I didn’t feel that I was pressured to buy. The financing process was also very quick and transparent. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly to me and my kids. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

I have always been satisfied with the service on my car. Jason always takes care of my car above and beyond. I had a problem with software update on my radio, and it was taken care of quickly. I had an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers too. I always feel confident when I bring my car here for service. I bought my car here and hope to do so with my next vehicle.

Service was done correctly no issues Terrible customer service though. Was told I was getting a regular oil change, but not until I get home I find out they gave me a synthetic oil change. I had to call to find out after the fact that they only give synthetic. When making appointment online I chose the option for a regular one also. They need to be more upfront beforehand. Seems like it's a scam and they wanna get more money out of you

A little frustrated Brought in a certified pre owned Ram Big Horn that I had purchased a week prior. It has a transmission glitch. The techs could not replicate the problem and gave a reason that made no sense. Took it back the next day and had a tech ride with me cause I know the conditions necessary to make it happen. The tech witnessed the problem now I have an appointment next week for them to take another look. So right now I cannot make a true recommendation.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. This experience was better than the first one. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They weren't at all pushy. I will continue going back for all my future automotive purchases.

Always great service. Never any issues or disputes on getting things done. The website is convenient for booking appointments. They were able to fix something another dealer was not.

I would recommend Ferman Jeep to all my friends and I probab I I love going to the dealership that the employees may just treat me like a member of the family I could have bought tires somewhere else but I chose them because of their hospitality

Great experience I dropped my vehicle off with Steve brewer on a Saturday morning and received news later that day that I would be placed in a loaner due to my vehicle needing some lifters and rocker arms replaced. Steve was very helpful with letting me know what the problem was a answered all my questions. I was very impressed with him calling me and letting me know the status of my vehicle throughout the week. He is by far the only reason I keep coming to this dealership.
