Seamless process, very professional, no hassle dealership. I searched on-line for the Cadillac purchased and went right over to the dealership to view, test drive and possibly purchased Well the dealership sold me. The car was immaculate, the Sales person, Tina was outstanding. I asked for figures to be provided and it was, we negotiated a reasonable fair price with no hassle, and then I decided to purchase. I was in and out faster then they said I would be. I was told it would be two hours or more and it was about 1.25 hours. That was great for me! I don't mind waiting in the lounge. I can read, have coffee and a donut and I'm happy. Thank you Ferman!
