Ferman cares! This was my 3rd time back to Ferman for an entertainment system issue with my 2018 Charger. Each time I am treated with respect and that goes a long way with me. Getting my car fixed is a must but I also understand challenges and am willing to work with Ferman because of the way I am treated by their service department. Great job Jason!

Ferman is outstanding My wife and I have purchased 4 Jeeps from Ferman over the past 5 years. Their sales staff is excellent, and their service department can't be beat for professionalism and courtesy. I recently purchased a Launch Edition 2020 Gladiator and it beats every expectation I had. My sales person, Roy Faulkner was extremely attentive during the build-out process, and the trade and transfer was seamless. You can't go wrong with this company.

Best car buying experience ever! Honestly best dealership I have ever been to. Dennis my salesman was very nice worked with me throughout the entire process. Scott was amazing as well. He went above and beyond to get me a payment within my budget that included everything I wanted. I definitely appreciate the dedication they had in helping me find my car.
