Service appointment My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall notice for a steering dampener. My appointment was at 8:30 and the vehicle wasn’t brought in till 9:15. I called in advance about the recall part and was told it could be handled when I brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. At 10am car was ready however I was told they couldn’t do recall part because it wasn’t in stock.
