Oil change, tire rotation, recall Very good, Jaimie was great, friendly and got me out of there faster than I thought. Took care of the recall that I didn’t know about so that saved me another trip at a later date

Great, quick service....as always Went in for routine oil change. Was notified of recall. Work was performed quickly and with no errors. Staff is always friendly, doughtnuts are fresh, and wait time reasonable.

What a gift! This is about not only service but sales. We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Peter Andrianopoulis. The next day we called because we thought there might be a transmission issue. I couldn't reach Pete, but did reach his supervisor, Mark Molenda who said to bring it right in. I did, service checked it out and Pete came over to tell us about the Econ light on this vehicle - don't use it unless you are on the highway at a steady speed! No transmission problem after all. Fantastic Service Team at Ferman You never know what will happen in the course of a busy week, so when you need an oil change on Friday and then find a screw in your jeep tire on Monday only to be topped off by a very dead, permanently dead, battery the next day..you need people that can assist you and get you back up and running quickly.
