Oil change I wanted an oil change on a low mileage vehicle so conventional oil is what I wanted. The dealership ONLY offers synthetic oil which is double the price. I did not like being forced to synthetic at only 23k miles. Other than that the staff was courteous and they have a nice customer lounge.

Superior dealership! After looking for a couple months for a 2015 Nissan Murano I finally found one at Ferman for an excellent price far below what anyone else in the Tampa Bay Area was asking. Dreams do come true. My wife and I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. Didn’t think we would be able to get one. Roy helped us with getting one. We bugged him a month before we were ready. He helped me surprise my with with a lift and tires on a hand shake so she wouldn’t know it was happening.

Oil change, tire rotation and A/C repair Service was excellent as always. Regularly scheduled tire rotation and oil change. Also needed air conditioning service. The service tech provided a loaner car and was able to replace defective parts in a few days.
