1st service with Ferman Jeep Becky was very nice and knowledgeable. the customer lounge is cozy and relaxing overal experience was excellent there service center is great . Will be doing plenty of business with Becky at Ferman Jeep.

Another Quickly Resolved Issue -New Vehicle Driving home in 95 degree weather 2 weeks ago and no a/c. My car was 2 months old. After driving another 10 miles and feeling faint my speedometer was registering crazy speeds in excess of 70 mph, when I was going approximately 35. I called the service dept, and was scheduled immediately the next morning. Within a few hours and involving Chrysler it was found that there was a defective part in the a/c fan.
