Great experience & people at Ferman The guys (Dennis, Manny, used car mgr, & Scott) at Ferman were absolutely wonderful...they were patient, helpful, no-pressure, thorough, and fair. I’ve never had a car buying experience as enjoyable as this one...plan to do business with them again and again through the years. I love my “new” Jeep too!!

Very Nice Dealership Tried to have everything done before I got there. They were very helpful and nice. Would recommend to buy from them. Drove a hour and a half away to deal with them.

Out Of Town Customer I am from out of town (WI) and ran into some issues. I had a blown tire (was driving with my spare), needed an oil change, and my 2018 truck was covered in salt dupree from the winter season. Since the call I made to them to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in the same day. When I met Becky, she took care of all my needs and even serviced a recall I had on the truck. I was very happy, especially from being out of town. When I picked my truck back up it was washed and looking nice.

Customer Focused I brought my 2017 Jeep GC, which I purchased from the dealership about a year ago, in for an oil change and warranty work while visiting here in Florida for the winter months. The oil change was scheduled and performed as expected, but a part had to be ordered that took about a week to receive. When it arrived, the work was performed to my satisfaction within the time expected as I was waiting for the repair work to be done. Ed, my service advisor, was most gracious.
