Ask orb Steve! I’ve been in a lot lately - just some bad luck on a part. But the service center staff is always welcoming, willing to explain the problem for a layman without talking down to me, and bends over backwards to make sure I’m taken care of - whether that means getting me a ride, getting me out quick, or finding me a loaner. I drive 40 minutes to come to this dealership even though there’s a Chrysler 20 minutes from my house because of service like this.

Great Service Pleasant Staff I had brought my car in for recalls to be performed. Jamie was my service writer. He was great to deal and was very pleasant to work with and even had extra concerns I had checked out for me without any hassle. Will definitely return for future service and repairs :)

Very professional and a nice lounge for customers The service department has always been friendly and understanding to my needs. The lounge is very clean and is enjoyable to use as I wait for me vehicle to be serviced. The wait time to have my vehicle serviced is reasonable.

Appointment Oil Change Made an appointment and it took more than 1.5 hours. We didn't just stop in off the street, the appointment was made days in advance. No one came to say there were problems, why there was a delay, or to apologize. There wasn't an excessive amount of people waiting so not sure why an oil change took this long. I did have to wait quite a while for the Service person to arrive. If the time spent waiting for the service guy to arrive maybe it could of been less time but the vehicle was gone for a long time... read more
