Service Team As always, I received prompt, courteous and professional service from Ed and the service team.. I live in St. Pete but will continue to travel to Ferman New Port Richey to have the service done on my 2016 Renegade that Tina Robinson worked hard for 2 weeks to find just the car I was looking for. Superb Experience I needed to get anew car but had many demands:price range, monthly payment, trade-in and personal preferences. I am sooooo impressed with everyone at Ferman that met every need and have me smiling while driving my beautiful 2019 Dodge Charger. Sales guy, Joe was patient, polite and got my humor. Start to Finish Had wonderful people to work with at Ferman. Thanks Jason for getting it done. There was a large choice of vehicles on site to choose from. Very clean on the inside as well.

Quick Service Went in to have the window tumor repaired on our new Pacifica. Becky was great. Job was completed in a couple hours. Genaro helped to get the car repaired with service quickly.

Saved by your colleague! I had a scheduled appointment at 1 last Friday and I arrived at approximately 12:55 for the service. This was my first time at this service department and was interested to see how customers were handled. I was scheduled to work with Jason, but he was still coming back from lunch, so Ed was happy to assist me. I headed over to the customer lounge to enjoy the comfy seats. New Key & Seat Repair After purchasing the car, we notice that the latch was damaged in the passenger seat. The service department ordered the part and will replace it in several days. Additionally, they were able to program a second key for me..
